1. Booking and Payment
- Booking Confirmation: Your move is confirmed once we receive your booking details and a confirmation from our team.
- Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the move unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, bank transfers, and major credit/debit cards.
- Additional Charges: Extra charges may apply for services not included in the original quote, such as additional items, delays caused by the customer, or access issues.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled move may incur a cancellation fee.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your move without penalty if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the move may be subject to availability and additional charges.
3. Services Provided
- Scope of Services: We offer residential and commercial moving services, including packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and unpacking.
- Service Limitations: We do not transport hazardous materials, illegal items, or perishable goods.
- Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for securing valuable items and ensuring that all items are packed appropriately unless packing services are requested.
4. Liability and Insurance
- Basic Liability: We take utmost care in handling your belongings. In case of damage or loss due to our negligence, our liability is limited to AED 100 per item or AED 1,000 per move, whichever is lower.
- Insurance Options: Additional insurance coverage is available upon request. Please discuss this with our team before your move.
- Exclusions: We are not liable for damages caused by natural disasters, accidents beyond our control, or items packed by the customer.
5. Delays and Access
- Delays: While we strive to adhere to scheduled times, unforeseen circumstances like traffic or weather conditions may cause delays. We will keep you informed in such cases.
- Access Issues: Customers must ensure that we have proper access to both pickup and delivery locations. Additional charges may apply for long carries, stairs, or use of elevators.
6. Privacy Policy
- Data Collection: We collect personal information necessary for booking and providing our services.
- Data Usage: Your information is used solely for service delivery and internal purposes. We do not share your data with third parties without your consent.
- Data Security: We implement appropriate measures to protect your personal information.
7. Governing Law
